Each player is permitted to hold only one active phlwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phlwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your phlwin account, you must notify phlwin support immediately. phlwin may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
phlwin is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phlwin for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
phlwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phlwin account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. phlwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phlwin aims to process approved withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phlwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
phlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phlwin reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, phlwin may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.
You may close your phlwin account at any time by contacting phlwin customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlwin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phlwin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phlwin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
phlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlwin will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phlwin.asia/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
